The hotel is located in a prime spot, just a short walk from the bustling Vieux Port and in close proximity to major tourist areas of Marseille. It is centrally located and offers easy access to the city center and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay for both adults and children. The staff are helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, ensuring a fulfilling start to the day. the hotel offers secure access with a locked front door, providing a sense of safety and security.

There were some minor issues with the air conditioning, as the temperature couldn't be adjusted properly, resulting in a bit of discomfort during our stay.

During my recent stay at Residhotel Vieux Port, the apartment was a good size and functional. I appreciated having a fridge and a small kitchen to use. the rooftop terrace was a lovely feature. The bedroom was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy walking access to the old port and Le Panier. Despite a few minor inconveniences, all the staff I encountered were kind and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

One specific situation that stood out to me was the issue with the wifi. Unfortunately, it was out for a day or so, and even when it was working, the connection was not the best.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is very close to a big Carrefour supermarket and within walking distance to some great attractions near the old port area of town. The rooms are well-equipped with cooking facilities en-suite, including all necessary appliances, making it convenient for those who prefer to self-cater. The breakfast provided is a wonderful bonus, with a view on the harbor and included in the stay.

Everything was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

I loved how close the hotel was to the Old Port. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The Reformes Canibiere Metro station was also just a short walk away, made getting around easy. Being right in the center of Vieux Port was a major plus, as there were plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and spoke good English.
